I’ve had three parts to my career:

I worked in leading global corporates, rising through the ranks in organisations such as BT, Barclays and Cable and Wireless, culminating in a role as SVP Global Marketing for Universal Pictures where I had a team of 300 and an annual target of $3bn dollars (yes, billion).

I then founded a strategic consultancy and lead that to a £multi-million business with 15 staff in the city.  I exited there with a happy wallet 🙂

I now work with smart, ambitious leaders who recognise the power of strategy and want to do something about it.

I’m an accredited CPD trainer, business school graduate and author of The Hard-Working Marketing Plan. I’m also an experienced speaker and judge who’s spoken on stages around the world.
